Maison L’Etang, the former mill, offers room to four people and has a cosy living/dining room with a bar and a wood burner which can function as an open fire. The terrace in the front borders the lake. An ideal spot for a glass of wine, in front of a fire in the old millstone.
At the back is an 18 m2 terrace with a view of the valley and the meandering river, the Ruisseau d’Ensein.
Ground floor: hall, shower with basin and w.c. The living room has a dining table and four chairs, a seating area with four comfortable chairs and a bookcase full of books, magazines, boardgames, a radio and a dvd player. The semi open plan kitchen with bar has warm and cold water, a four burner gas hob, a microwave, an oven, a coffee machine, an electric kettle and a fridge. There is also a large amount of crockery, cutlery and pans.
First floor: two large bedrooms and a bathroom with a basin and an extra w.c. The master bedroom contains two single beds next to each other, a desk and a large cupboard. In the other room there are two box beds on both sides of the room with two separate beds. Moreover, if so required, a children’s bed is available as well as a high chair.
